Happy Summer Solstice!

To celebrate the auspicious energy of this day, I'm going to be holding a Peace + Healing Circle in the grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens.

Thursdays, 20th June
7PM

Chiswick House and Gardens (near the Cricket Green)

It's intended as a gentle moment to come together to strengthen the forces of peace in us and send healing in the hope of support to all those in need.

Thinking of peace often brings up images of utter silence or nothingness ... something from another planet, another reality.

Ah, if only thinking of peace would bring to us images of a fully dynamic life where everything thirives.

Perhaps then we'd stop thinking of peace as a utopian ideal and start realising how essential peace is for the running of any common day.

The need for peace is real, not an ideal :)

Let's make it strong, let's make it happen.

2024 and how many thousand years more until our drive for domunation, supremacy, and killing will be exhausted?

I guess, from an lookout on history, unless we choose to change our darkest traits, will prevail.

Change is an inherent part of nature, and choice is the pivot that can make and shape the changes ahead.

It's high time we stop feeling powerless. It's high time for us to make use of any tiny little power we might have and unite our voices in a call for peace.

War is not a joke, and neither is peace !

Let's unite our call, a vehement call for ceasefire!

Let's make it heard in all corners of this world!

Let's make it heard, loudly heard, in the ears of all our representatives. Wherever we are, whoever they are!

CEASEFIRE NOW!

CALL FOR CEASEFIRE! NOW!

Let's not watch the desasters further unfold. Those being bombed truly need our help. They need any and all help for a call to

CEASEFIRE! NOW!

I often think my voice makes no difference. You might feel the same? But let's not be fooled.

History is also there to show that just as much as war can be created, peace can also be built!

When the voices of the people come together, the power is mighty, and precisely that power, our voices, is what we can give in aid to those locked in the desperation and distress of war zones.

LET'S UNITE IN A LOUD AND CLEAR
CALL FOR CEASEFIRE! NOW!

On the streets, to your head of states, wherever we go.

Let's have zero tolerance to war. No more! Enough!

Most people think of 'peace' as a state of 'quiet and nothingness'.

Yet, if we just take a look at what 'peace' actually does to a country's economy or our everyday life, it becomes obvious that 'peace' is indeed a state where things thrive, where economies grow, a state of expansion and non-exclusion.

Peace is not a privilege. It's essential for life to thrive.

No efforts or investment in peacebuilding goes without actual and tangible positive results.

Let's stop believing peace is idealistic. Let's start building peace for real.

We don't need to be a country nor an 'authority' to start building peace.

Be it in our personal life, at work, or within your organization, investing in peacebuilding is always worth the effort.

Fist day of the Master Series on Trauma at Oxford University! Great learnings from truly great minds. What an honour to meet in person Stephen Porges + Peter Levine + Bassel van der Kolk + Licia Sky.
So good to feel empowered by their paradime shifting fundamentals on Trauma Healing and the non-diagnosis approach to human behaviour and mental health.

May the revolution go on!
