🎄 On the third day of Christmas, Hotpod Gateshead gave to me, a £9 Dynamic Trial Class Pass* 🎵

* This pass allows the holder to book and attend a Dynamic Flow class at 50% off our single class pass rate. Due to the pace and strength of this class, it is not suitable for those new to yoga. We recommend feeling confident in Hotpod Flow classes prior to Dynamic Flow as postures are cued less and some fun challenges might be thrown in. Available once per person.
