Dear Aria,
I’ll never tell you, you are beautiful, it’s not a requirement of a woman’s worth. I’ll tell you, you are strong, brave, confident. I’ll tell you to take chances because those are the ones that bring the most amazing things in life.

I’ll tell you that your body is perfect no matter the shape and size YOU feel comfortable being, and that NOBODY should have an opinion on how you want to look, ever.
I’ll tell you that your body is a temple and the highest form of self-respect is nourishing your body with nutritious food, sleep, movement, light and a purpose in life.
I’ll tell you to never shrink yourself for anyone stand in your power, take as much space as you want.

I’ll teach you about the menstrual cycle long before you will get one! So that you will ALWAYS make a conscious choice and you can advocate for yourself. You should know your body better than anyone, and nobody should tell you what to do with it.
Knowing how every single part of your body works, how to listen to it, support it and respect it, it’s PURE POWER.

I’ll tell you that being independent is important but never at the expenses of your own health and happiness. Burnt out are not a badge of honour, stop looking at the sky, listen to the birds, smell the flowers, live in the moment and do absolutely nothing, IT’S HEALING!

I’ll tell you to show respect to yourself first, the way you treat yourself and speak about yourself will set the standard for how you want others to treat you.

I’ll never tell you that I’m proud of you, you don’t need anyone’s validation. You need to be proud of yourself, your opinion on who you are is the only one that matters.

I’ll tell you that the purpose of your life is crucial to have a happy life, do what you love always, find your passion, try everything you possibly can and if you can dream of it, you can do it.

Never be afraid to share your thoughts, everyone should listen to what you have to say, your voice matter, your opinion matters, your actions matter. YOU ARE IMPORTANT.

I promise I’ll not do things for you because you are capable of doing them yourself, but I’ll be always here if you need me…

Summer is here people, so what sun cream to use?? 🧐

It’s not about conspiracy theory, it’s about research and studies that prove it! 😁😁

Conventional sun creams contain chemicals like oxybenzone and octinoxate that interact and mess with our hormones.
It mimics oestrogen leading to PMS, heavy periods, low libido, painful periods and infertility.
They have also been link to cancer as they are absorbed through the skin.

THIRD TRIMESTER FUEL! ☺️☺️
Protein requirements are even higher at this stage, and if you look at my story highlights about pregnancy you will see that glycine, an amino acid, also becomes essential! 😁😁

Baby is developing rapidly and nutrients need are at their highest.
So here is an example into a nourishing day of pregnancy eating, focusing on nutrient density to support both me and baby! ❤️

👉🏻Protein pancakes with 3 eggs – Rich in complete protein, choline, and healthy fats to support brain development and tissue growth. Eggs also supply DHA, crucial for baby’s nervous system. Remember there is more nutrients in organic eggs than conventional!

👉🏻Gelatine gummies – A fun way to sneak in glycine and collagen, both essential for skin preventing stretch marks, joints, and supporting the stretching uterus. Essential for postpartum tissue repair!

Here I gave you 16 reasons why! 😅

The modern world, the 9-5 schedule, the concept of always pushing ourselves even when we physically can’t, the western diet, the toxins, the messed up sleep schedule all things what is messing your hormones… 🥺

But with some foundation in place we can switch this around.

👉🏻Eating enough protein 120-130g a day
👉🏻Pimp your coffee and having it after breakfast
👉🏻Remove inflammatory food: vegetable oils, sugar, processed food and alcohol
👉🏻Prioritise 8-9 hours of sleep
👉🏻Non-toxic products
👉🏻Exercise with your menstrual cycle
👉🏻Include healthy fats and fibre

Your period shouldn’t be painful or heavy, you shouldn’t be feeling angry or low, you shouldn’t have crazy out breaks on your skin. You deserve a symptom-free menstrual cycle! ❤️
