Hey Endo Sisters!

Your symptoms aren’t punishments - they’re signs.

And your genes?

They don’t define your future.

They’re simply part of the blueprint designed within you.

But here's the exciting part most women with endo are never told:

👉 You can CHANGE how your genes express themselves.

Through your food.

Your habits.

Your stress response.

Even your connection to your Creator.

This is what I help my 1:1 clients do.

🧬 We use lab testing to uncover their genetic terrain

🥦 Build a nutrition & lifestyle plan that speaks directly to their body’s needs

🕊 And root it all in faith - because true healing isn’t just physical. It’s spiritual too.

You were never meant to do this alone.

You were just waiting for someone to guide you back to your body - and to trust it again and get to the root.

📩 DM me “ROOTS” to learn how 1:1 coaching can help you take back control of your endo symptoms- with both faith & functional medicine on your side.

✨ Your body isn’t broken. It’s responding — and it’s ready to heal insha’Allah (god-willing)

Hey Endo Fam!

If your body feels like it’s stuck in a cycle of pain, and nothing seems to fully explain why- I want you to know....

🌿 It might not just be about your endometriosis. It could be a fear loop in your brain.

When pain becomes chronic- your nervous system learns to stay on high alert - even after flare triggers are gone. This isn’t your fault. It’s your body trying to protect you.

💡 The beautiful truth? That loop can be gently rewired.

I’ve put together a calming, science-informed guide that walks you through 4 foundational steps I use with clients to break the fear-pain loop and restore safety to the body

✨ Want it? Comment “ENDOBRAIN” below and I’ll send it to you.

You don’t need to push harder. You just need a new way in - one that honours your nervous system, your story and your healing 💜

Hey Endo Fam! 💛

Happy Endo Awareness Month! 🌸

I know that sometimes it can feel triggering with the influx of posts about endometriosis, especially when dealing with the daily impact it has on our lives. So today, I wanted to share a little reminder that you are not alone. 💫

In times of pain and struggle, I find strength and hope in the words of this Hadith Qudsi: “Take one step towards me, I will take ten steps towards you. Walk towards me, I will run towards you.” 💛 It’s a beautiful reminder that even the smallest step you take towards healing or hope is met with immense love and support.

For those of us navigating the loneliness of endometriosis, this speaks to how powerful having a sense of purpose can be. 🙏 Many studies show that cultivating a sense of purpose can positively impact our health—both mental and physical. It helps us find strength when the road feels tough, and it reminds us that we are seen, supported, and loved even in the hardest moments.

So, let’s keep taking those steps together, no matter how small they may feel. With every step, there’s love, comfort, and healing awaiting us.

Keep pushing forward Endo Fam. You’ve got this! 💛

Hey Endo Fam!

Want or know someone fasting this month for Ramadan with Endometriosis - then you're going to want to read this!

Fasting with endometriosis can be challenging but with the right approach - you can reduce inflammation, balance hormones and support your bodys healing. Here’s how science and spirituality can work together this Ramadan!

✅ Say “Bismillah” & Speak Positivly Over Your Water 💦

Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research (Hidden Messages in Water - new york times best seller) on water crystallization suggests that words, intentions and prayers can alter water’s molecular structure. Since our bodies are approx 60% water- speaking positive affirmations or prayer over your Suhoor and Iftar water may promote cellular harmony & reduce stress!

✅ Break Your Fast with Anti-Inflammatory Foods 🍉🥑

Choose dates + water + healthy fats (like avocado or nuts) to stabilisssse blood sugar and reduce inflammation. Avoid refined carbs and processed foods that can trigger endo flares lovelies!!

✅ Prioritise Magnesium-Rich Foods 🌿

Magnesium helps relaaaax muscles as well as reduce period cramps! Include spinach, almonds, chia seeds and dark chocolate(85%) for a natural boost!

❌ Do not Skip Hydrating Before Fasting 🚫

Dehydration can worsen inflammation and that endo belly bloat! Drink electrolyte-rich water (coconut water, pink salt + lemon water - are my go-to's!) at Suhoor to support gut health

❌ Do Not Consume Too Much Caffeine ☕️

Caffeine can spike cortisol and oestrogen- worsening endo symptoms. Swap for herbal teas like ginger, spearmint or maybe some fennel to aid digestion

🤲 Ramadan is a time of Healing, Gratitude and Connection!

Which of these tips will you try first? Share below! ⬇️✨

Hey Endo Fam!

Getting an endometriosis diagnosis can feel like a mix of relief and devastation - I know because I have lived it. It took me 15 years to finally get diagnosed. 😔

When the doctors told me there was no medical cure I felt like I’d just been diagnosed with cancer. My emotions were all over the shop —shock, anger, grief, hopelessness and questioning what I did?

But instead of accepting defeat - I went on a rampage for answers ....reading books, journals and researching everything I could.

🌿I refused to believe there was no way to improve my quality of life. Eventually, this path led me to retrain as an Endometriosis Health Coach, understanding pain science, using functional nutrition and lifestyle changes to restore my health and manage my symptoms.

💛 I'll admit it was tough at the time, wrapping my head around all the changes, the trial and error-  but today I look back and THANK my old self for taking that first step. Healing isn’t a straight road but every small step matters.

🕊 “For every disease, Allah has sent down a cure.” (Sahih Bukhari)

💡 Key areas that changed my life:

✔️ Anti-inflammatory nutrition 🍎 (Food can heal or harm—choose wisely people!)

✔️ Gut health & hormone balance 🦠 (It all starts in the gut, thanks Hippocrates!)

✔️ Stress management & mindset 🧘‍♀️ (Your mind affects your body!)

✔️ Functional health coaching 📋 (Personalised healing is key!)

Healing is a journey of faith, learning as well as action - having an integrative approach by combining functional medicine, nutrition, lifestyle changes and most importantly Dua & Tawakkul. 🤲💛

💬 If you’re on your own endo healing journey, I want you to know that you’re not alone!  Have you or someone you love faced a diagnosis that tested your faith?

Would LOVE to hear your stories! 💛

Hey Endo Fam!

Did you know that stress and magnesium are closely linked? Yep, stress causes your body to dump magnesium outside of the cells- and low magnesium makes you more vulnerable to stress. 😩 This creates a vicious cycle that’s especially challenging for those of us with endometriosis.

How does it work??
➡️ Stress increases magnesium Loss
Acute stress moves magnesium out of cells to help your body cope. But prolonged stress leads to magnesium deficiency.

🔄 Low Magnesium can makes stress Worse!
When magnesium levels drop, your body reacts more negatively to stress -causing even more magnesium loss.

Why is good old Magnesium Essential for Stress & Endo Relief?

💆‍♀️ Regulates your stress response and calms the nervous system

🧠 Modulates anxiety by increasing GABA (a calming brain chemical)

🛡️ Protects neurons- helping prevent neurological issues

🔥 Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress- common with endometriosis

⚖️ Balances hormones and eases symptoms like cramps, bloating and fatigue

How to Boost your Magnesium?

🍃 Add magnesium-rich foods like nuts, legumes, cacao, green leafy veggies, seafood and spices.

💊 Try supplements like magnesium glycinate or citrate for better absorption (always check with your doc before trying any new supplements)

🛁 Soak in a relaxing Epsom salt bath - my go to!

What's the hoopla about Magnesium anyway??

💡Magnesium is vital for 300+ bodily functions and is easily depleted during physical or mental stress (like menstruation). Don’t let a deficiency hold you back from feeling your best!

💬 What’s your favourite way to replenish magnesium? Let me know!

📌 Save this post and share with whoever needs to hear this 🌸

All my love,

Ruksana xx

Hey Endo Fam! 💛✨

Can you imagine being fine one minute—smiling, chatting, living your life—then... BAM 💥 out of nowhere, being hit with unbearable pain? That’s the reality of living with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. One moment, we might seem “okay,” but the next minute, we’re doubled over and barely able to move. I know this is an all-too-familiar scenario for many of us!

It’s not just the physical pain—it’s the emotional toll of trying to explain this to others. 🗣️ People see me when I “look fine” and assume I’m exaggerating or lazy when I have to cancel plans. The truth? It’s chaos. This illness doesn’t come with a schedule or warning—it just hits, and you’re left to pick up the pieces. 🧩

The hardest part? Balancing the pain with the weight of everyone else’s judgments and expectations, while you’re already being so hard on yourself. 💔 Trying to live a life with some kind of normality is exhausting when even your best-laid plans can be wiped out in an instant. 😔

This was my life—until I began to truly understand my triggers. By getting functional testing 🧪 to uncover my body’s imbalances and supporting them with nutrition 🥗, targeted supplements 💊, and lifestyle changes 🧘‍♀️, I’ve been able to better manage my Endo symptoms. This has given me a new sense of control and freedom over my life. ✨

Invisible illnesses like these are life-altering. This is why we need awareness, understanding, and compassion. 💛

Dear Endo Fam your pain is valid and remember you are not alone. 💛💪

💬 Have you experienced the unpredictability of chronic illness or supported someone who has? Share your story in the comments—I’d love to hear how you’ve navigated this journey or helped someone through it. Join me in raising awareness together!

Comment 💛 to let others with Endo know they are not alone in the ongoing struggle.

Hey Endo Fam!

As most of you already know endometriosis is so much more than “just bad periods” – it’s a full-body, chronic condition. 😳 This can cause debilitating pain, inflammation, organ damage and even fertility struggles. And guess what? It doesn’t just stick to the reproductive system – endo has been found in nearly every part of the body, from lungs to nerves.

Why should we care?

💛 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth are affected by endometriosis – that’s millions worldwide!

💛 It takes an average of 8–10 years to get diagnosed due to medical gaslighting, lack of awareness and the normalisation of extreme period pain.

💛 There is no pharmaceutical cure and treatment options often only manage symptoms - leaving many to suffer in silence.

Endo impacts every part of a person's life - health, relationships, career and mental well-being. The stigma around periods and menstrual health means it’s not talked about enough, leaving so many feeling isolated.

It’s time to break the silence. Let’s raise awareness, educate others, and support those living with this life-altering condition. 💪

✨ Have you or someone you know been affected by endometriosis? Let’s share stories, spread the word  and remind the world that this is an issue we can no longer ignore. period. (pun-intended!)
