With Autumn approaching, the last of the summer fruits and late summer salads are still available. September is the month of harvest with abundant of varieties to get us excited for those autumnal feasts.

Pepper is an excellent source of vitamin C and rich in antioxidants.

Fig is high in fibre and contain a variety of vitamins and minerals. They are a natural laxative therefore can aid constipation and promotes digestive health.

Lettuce is not just a salad staple with high antioxidants and essential nutrients. One of the major traditional uses of lettuce in Unani medicine was as a sleep inducer. The depressant chemical derived can be compared to those of diazepam.

🥒 are packed with electrolytes and water to keep you hydrated. They’re super nutritious, rich in phytonutrients and vitamin K.
