From an inspiring art trip to Tate Modern 🎨, person-centred baking 🧁, and a fun-filled sports day for children at Morden Park ⚽🏃‍♂️… to musical bingo 🎶, class photos 📸, a local Tesco coffee trip ☕, gentle chair exercises 🪑, and engaging ITC classes with our Beleef digital interactive table 💻 – our residents enjoyed a week full of creativity, activity, and connection! 💜✨

This week has been full of smiles, laughter, and connection! 😊 We welcomed back the lovely children from Eveline Day Nursery for an intergenerational Fun & Fitness class with our residents. A session filled with energy and joy across generations. 💃🧒👵

Residents also enjoyed a variety of personalised local outings, making meaningful memories close to home. And of course, our ever-popular board and ball games brought out everyone’s competitive spirit and lots of laughter! 🎲⚽

We have had a fantastic week at Link House! From watching adorable children graduate at Eveline Nursery to enjoying outings to our local coffee shops, Battersea Park, and Weatherspoon for a pub lunch, our residents have been busy and active. Our Volunteer Dennis led a fun & fitness class, and we enjoyed a Wimbledon Tennis party featuring live entertainment from Liam Joseph. Thank you all 🎾🎉🎶

What a joyful afternoon we've had today at Link House Care Home! The incredible Songs on Wheels team rolled in and filled our home with music, laughter, and beautiful sing-alongs.
Residents clapped, sang, and even had a little dance as timeless classics echoed through the lounges.

A big thank you to the Songs on Wheels performers for bringing such a heartwarming experience to our residents. We’re already looking forward to the next visit!
