Hypnobirthing is often misunderstood, and these are some of the myths I am often asked about.
It’s not about being “hypnotised,” it’s not just breathing, and it’s definitely not limited to one type of birth.

At its heart, hypnobirthing is about understanding your body, calming your mind, and feeling informed and empowered— whatever your birth looks like.
Through my work at yoga mama I see how powerful it can be when women ( and birthing partners) replace fear with knowledge and confidence.
That’s exactly what I focus on in my pregnancy yoga classes and in my Hypnobirthing workshops — practical tools, mindset support, and realistic preparation for real births.

Gentle postnatal yoga meets playful bonding, surrounded by other mums who get it.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to “get it right.”
Just bring your baby, your tired arms, your open heart — and we’ll move together. 💞

🌿 Our extra Mum & Baby Yoga course has just 2 spots left — perfect for a relaxed stretch and some local mum-and-baby time.
