In addition to this, we also offer a wide selection of general and 1:1 Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Fitness classes.

Join me for a deeply grounding Winter Stillness Yin Yoga Workshop — a space to pause, soften, and reset before the rush of the festive season.

Through long, gentle holds and mindful breath, we’ll explore stillness, release tension, and find quiet within.

Our Mum & Baby Yoga class is a space to move, breathe, and reconnect — with your body, your baby, and yourself.
Gentle postnatal yoga meets playful bonding, surrounded by other mums who get it.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to “get it right.”
Just bring your baby, your tired arms, your open heart — and we’ll move together. 💞

🌿 Our extra Mum & Baby Yoga course has just 2 spots left — perfect for a relaxed stretch and some local mum-and-baby time.
