Overthinking Isn’t Just Your Mind, It’s Your Energy ⬇️

1️⃣ Racing thoughts that won’t stop - Your mind keeps spinning, but it’s not just mental clutter. That constant chatter is trapped energy trying to move through your body.

2️⃣ Random anxiety or tension - Sudden restlessness, irritability, or unease isn’t always “stress.” It’s energy loops manifesting as thoughts you can’t control.

3️⃣ Physical discomfort - Headaches, tight shoulders, or restlessness often accompany overthinking. Your body is holding energy your mind can’t release.

4️⃣ Feeling stuck or “wired” - No matter what you do, your thoughts keep circling. This is your energy asking to be acknowledged and released.

5️⃣ Temporary relief doesn’t last - Trying to logic your way out of overthinking won’t work. The energy must move, not just be ignored.

I didn’t realize how loud my mind was until I experienced what quiet felt like.

For most of my life, overthinking felt normal. I thought everyone struggled to fall asleep, replaying conversations, imagining scenarios, carrying thoughts that never really turned off. So I learned to live with it. But just because something feels familiar doesn’t mean it’s natural.

When I started Reiki, I wasn’t even looking to “fix” my mind. But over time, something shifted. The constant noise softened. The pressure in my head eased. It made me realize that what I thought was just my personality… was actually something I was holding.

And when you stop holding it, even a little, everything feels different.

I used to feel overwhelmed at work and in life, like every day had to be packed to make me feel alive. But after years of constant output, I realized it wasn’t productivity I needed, it was space. Space to breathe, space to reflect, space to just be.

Slowing down didn’t make life smaller… it made it meaningful again.
