Prana Yoga is offering an ‘Introduction to Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) & Pranayama (breathing exercises)’ over a period of 8 weeks. The classes will be conducted over zoom every Friday 7-8am, starting from 12th May. Each class will include warm up & preparatory postures, main asanas along with breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
