Yoga at Foxton village hall this evening at the new time of 7:30pm-8:30pm!
For the month of February your first class is FREE! So if you are thinking of trying it out come along this evening and see if you like it! Just pop me a message if you are planning on coming so I know to expect you!
Bring your own mat and blanket if you have one (I have a few but not enough for everyone yet!)

Victorian Terrace House Kitchen Project.

Had fun playing around with a new design for a kitchen in a small Victorian terrace house. The design layout has been led by how to make the most of the natural light that this side of the property is exposed to.

This is the room that has most use in the house during the day so bright and fun colours have been used to bring energy to the space. It’s also the room for entertaining so low level lighting has been introduced to make the space feel cosy when it gets dark.

Love this clever way of bringing the outside in, who would have thought creating indoor flower beds would be so effective! Indoor plants not only look great they are also great for our well-being! It’s a win win ✨✨

I’m thoroughly enjoying my Friday evening candlelit vinyasa classes at honestly feels like the best way to finish off the week and reset ready for the weekend!

If you are looking for a cosy indoor activity now that the nights are drawing in, pop in and meet our lovely community of yogis at Foxton Village Hall for some breathing, flowing and relaxing! All ages and all abilities welcome!

A cuppa tea and a cosy blanket provided but please bring your own mat!

A little bit of Yoga can go a very long way (speaking from experience!)... you will leave these classes feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated! Everyone is welcome, whether you practise yoga regularly or are a complete beginner these classes are suitable for all levels.
Bring your own mat and props if you use them in your practise and in the colder months bring cosy clothes or blankets for the relaxation!

Love these falafel wraps for lunch, so satisfying and delicious 😍 add whatever fillings you like, for the non-vegans it’s nice to add halloumi for that extra squeaky loveliness!
