Winter Solstice….Other than the obvious being the shortest day of the year, which I’m sure many of you would love to see come and go as quickly possible!!! The winter solstice is a significant time of the year which should not be ignored.

A time for rest, reflection, release and rebirth….. it’s the time of stillness as the sun builds strength and days get longer.

If you are working through tough, dark times, know that the change of seasons brings brighter days ahead. Use this powerful time of the year to release and recreate 🥰

Take the time today to honor and acknowledge the endings & new beginnings in your life maybe a little personal ceremony that both honors your past and clears space to make room for what you wish for the coming year 🙏

Find a candle and create light on the darkest day of the year. As the sun goes down, turn off all the lights (and your distraction!!) and spend a few minutes in darkness to honour the sunlight in your own mind. As you light your candle and welcome this light, think about you, your past and what you want for your future. This is a time to let things go, not to judge, but to look forward and welcome positive change for the year ahead 🕯️

If you choose to you can make an offering to the Spirit of Fire by writing down what you want to release on a small piece of paper and burn it 🔥

Remember darkness gives way to light and Winter Solstice sets the new beginning….. may all your dreams come true 😘

How beautiful has the moon been these last few nights 🌕 and tonight it’s at its fullest 🥰🥰

This year, April’s full Moon is the first full Moon of the spring season, April’s full Moon is the Paschal Full Moon…… also known as the Pink Moon.

An important Moon to those who celebrate Easter, since Easter’s date depends on the date of the Paschal Full Moon and is celebrated on the first Sunday after this full moon 🐣

Remember the full Moon…..regardless of which month….. is the completion phase in its cycle. Try to finish any odd jobs you have been putting off……. make space for something new and fresh 🥰

Time for cleansing, releasing, and removing what no longer works for you…..Use Sage or my personal favourite Palo Santo, let the smoke waft over your body and your home release any negativity lingering and any emotional baggage that is dragging you down. Make sure if you’re using sage you have a window or door open to let the smoke and negative energy out.

Don’t forget to Charge Your Crystals 🔮Under the Full Moon. In doing this you get all that good energy back inside of your crystals….. If you have many crystals charge the ones that you have been using or wearing over the last few weeks……
You don’t need to put them outside find the windowsill that the moon will catch 😉

Fear of the unknown or fear of moving out of your comfort zone 🤔

The term for fear of the unknown is “xenophobia.” the word has evolved to mean the fear of strangers. However its original meaning includes anything or anyone that's unfamiliar or unknown.

The mind as I always point out can play havoc and makes up so many possible outcomes and situations.

When it’s time to venture into something new the unknown becomes the forefront of all thoughts……and can….. if you let it…… stop you from the change.

Whilst one person looks at change as endless possibilities another becomes fearful of the unknown…… or is it a fear of giving up the known 🤷‍♀️

Your comfort zone usually means doing only what you know and are familiar with. Now if you are totally happy there that’s a choice you make….. but if it’s fear of the unknown you will never experience anything different.

How will you ever make any change if you don’t face the unknown 😘

Spring Equinox Blessings 🥰🥰 The day when we have equal day to night.

This vernal equinox is the representation of new life and light, new beginnings, paths and seeds.

As the day and the night will be equal on this day, the equinox will also be the representation of our needs for balance during this period. It is the time of new beginnings, renewal and growth.

This equinox is definitely the best period of the year to focus on new projects, or get rid of something which doesn't serve us anymore. It’s a good time to find the balance we need ⚖️

Try and sow a few flower seeds today and as you sow these seeds think about your intentions……. 🤔

As your flowers grow and flourish so will your intentions 😘
