Follow these habits and change your life, wellbeing and regain your inner happy persona!

1. Wake up early
Waking up with the sun means you’re allowing your body clock to work itself with the motions of nature. You’re ahead of everyone else right at your day’s start = leverage. You can prioritize your to-do’s and personal health.
2. Write down your mental thoughts and notes before going to bed
This will improve your quality of sleep and give your mind the peace and rest it deserves and needs to rejuvenate the next morning. Clear mind = Clear goals.
3. Learn an online skill for 30 minutes a day
With the economy changing, inflation rising and stress levels at its highest it would give you solace to develop your skills everyday so you can be sure you will always be in the position to have financial stability.
4. Spend at least 30 minutes - 1 hour exercising everyday
Exercise regains your physical health and your mental well being all at once. Your hormones act in action with your muscles and your nerves, yielding a highly efficient productive YOU.
5. Remember to take a 10 minute break of silence
Your mind is a fast paced environment in itself. You need a little break of silence to allow mindfulness and better decision making.
6. Schedule your sleep correctly
Your body needs its sleep… not just “beauty sleep” but rest, rejuvenating and reviving sleep. Make sure you get your 6-8 hours and try your best to go according to nature’s clock.
7. Read anything for 10 minutes a day
Reading any matter that interests you will stimulate your brain cells and innately make you feel productive, work your mind the right direction and even give you the ability to focus more.
