About us

Fair Care Agency are a healthcare recruitment agency based in Manor Park, London.

*_We are looking for a Female Albanian speaking carers or an European, who lives within 30 minutes of SW4 Post Codes (Lambeth)._*

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers to develop care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with nurse or assisted living practices and procedures
- Knowledge of medication administration and proper documentation
- Healthcare Training and Experience
- Understanding of home care principles and practices
- First aid certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
