âImagine you go for a walk in the woods.
Youâre following the path but as the light starts to fade, you realise that youâve gotten lost.
You panic, youâve left your phone behind, thereâs no signal anyway, and youâre all on your own.
You try to think of a way out - you look for the position of the sun, the side of the trees thatâs covered in moss, passers by, anything external that can help locate you.
But it keeps getting darker, and youâre still lost.
To calm yourself down, you close your eyes and take some deep breaths, and as your heart rate slows you connect back to your innate sense of direction and connection to the natural world around you.
You think you can sense the direction you came from, and you start walking in that direction.
It starts getting lighter and lighter.
You find youâve actually come out on a different side of the woods, but it turns out you werenât so lost after all.â
If you havenât guessed already, you are probably wondering⌠Jimmy, what is this about?
This is actually something really profound that a client wrote for me recently, when I asked her if she could share a description of what I do.
Comment the word MMM and Iâll send you a DM so we can chat about how I can potentially help you.
