We all experience loneliness from time to time. But while the festive season can be a time of joy and connection – it can sometimes also have the opposite effect.

For our impacted community, this time of year can be particularly challenging as it reminds us of our loved ones who are no longer with us, and with whom we may have shared in festivities in the past.

Please know, you are not alone. Many people will be going through the same experiences and find the festive season tough.

The holiday season can be a difficult time of year, as it reminds us of those who are no longer with us, especially those close to us in the community. If you need someone to talk to Health and Wellbeing Service is here to help and support.

Our opening hours over the bank holidays:
25 December (closed)
26 December (9am-5pm)
1 January (9am-5pm)

On all other days, we are operating as normal (weekdays and weekends 9am-5pm).

This is for new parents (from pregnancy until 2 year postpartum) in North Kensington and its focus is around how to manage low mood and anxiety.

The workshop will take place in early February 2026.
