Dates: March 15 – 21, 2026 | 6 nights / 7 days

After two unforgettable retreats in Greece, I’m thrilled to invite you to our next destination: the lush Caribbean coastline of Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

We’ll be staying at the stunning Casa Om a purpose-built yoga retreat centre equipped with a fully heated hot yoga studio. This means we’ll be able to practice the original Bikram series daily—just like we do at House of Hot Yoga in London, but with ocean air and tropical sunsets.

This retreat is designed for deep restoration, discipline, and joy—through daily movement, nourishing food, workshops, and the beauty of nature.

What’s Included:

6 nights / 7 days accommodation at the boutique Casa Om retreat centre

Daily original Bikram hot yoga classes in Casa Om’s heated studio

Optional workshops to deepen your practice and reset your nervous system
