If you’ve been curious about reiki or are looking for a pick-me-up, this is perfect as you can even participate from your own bed. 🧡

Whether you’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, stuck, frustrated, or a bit lost, this session is tailored for you. We’ll start with a 5-10 minute meditation to relax the body and then I’ll send 45mins of reiki healing to all Chakras. The session will end allowing you to remain in a meditative state for as long as needed, and I’ll send a follow up email shortly after. 🫶🏻

What a day this was! ✨

Yesterday I was at the for the Medway Child Health Conference where I was promoting the significant benefits of meditation and journaling classes within schools. I am a firm believer that implementing these practices in educational settings can empower children to regulate their emotions and effectively express their feelings, along with so many other benefits.

I was able to connect with so many like minded professionals who want to make a difference to children’s and young peoples lives throughout Medway.

The day was inspiring and I’ve come away with more knowledge and understanding of what I need to do in order to help vulnerable children. It’s clear to me now that meditation, journaling and overall well-being is crucial more now than ever. I am extremely called to make a difference, and this conference has given me the biggest motivation and drive to do this.
