I’m running a clinical massage study to explore how hands-on treatment can help with long-term leg pain in recreational players.

🗓️ Starting mid-July in Earlsfield, SW18
💆‍♀️ Includes 3 in-person massage sessions + 3 online rehab sessions

Sometimes rest isn’t the answer.

If you’ve had an injury, tightness, or persistent pain that just won’t go away, it might be time for something more active.

I combine clinical massage with movement-based rehab to help the body re-learn how to move with ease. Hands-on work helps reduce pain and release tension, but it’s the movement that helps those changes stick.

Rest has its place. But recovery often needs a nudge.

Hot stones aren't just for spa days. I use them regularly in clinical massage treatments, especially when muscles are tense, overworked or guarded.

The heat helps soften the tissues, which means I can work more precisely and gently, without needing to go in with deep pressure.

It’s especially helpful when someone’s in pain and feeling protective of the area.

Clients often say it feels like their body can finally let go. And as a therapist, it allows me to work with the body, not against it.
