A trained body is a disciplined mind , put a little passion with consistency and you have the recipe for success.
It isn’t just about training it is also about getting to know ourself on a much deeper level, as we ground and roots in our center, where stillness, creativity, emotional intelligence, compassion, kindness and energy lies …we allow it and welcome space for the “new” to come in ! Try to believe.
