Welcome Autumn with a revitalising morning practice of Tai Chi and Qigong.
Join us for a morning class in Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. These arts combine the wisdom of martial tradition with breath and movement practice to stimulate Qi (internal energy), enhance balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus, while cultivating a sense of grounding and calmness that carries into your day.
The class is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. Guided by Shira Klasmer, Instructor Member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain with over 15 years of teaching experience, each session invites you to move with ease, breathe deeply, and enjoy a renewed sense of wellbeing.
