Feeling fear or frustration towards pain is not an accident or an error. These are the very emotions your mind is asking you to practice feeling safe with.

By doing so, pain is more likely to ease.

Learning how to feel safe feeling emotions like fear and frustration, is counter to how we’ve been conditioned.

We’ve been conditioned to resist and bury these emotions, in order to fit in with society.

Thankfully, there are tools to learn how to acknowledge and accept how we’re feeling.

As soon as we do so, the results are amazing.

You’ll notice pain symptoms easing, and realise that the pain was only there to teach you how to acknowledge and feel safe with emotions.

👉🏼If you’d like to learn these tools, I offer a FREE 1 hour pain relief course.

There’s a lot online about how fearing pain prolongs it, but in my experience, emotions around pain are signposts from your mind.

These emotions are what you need to get comfortable with for the pain to subside.

It’s not about eliminating fear, but learning not to fear the fear.

Simple tools can help you feel safer with emotions like fear and anger.

As you stop fearing fear, it becomes easier to let it be, and the pain feels less intense.

Over time, with practice, both pain and fear lose their power, and your nervous system responds by giving you less of both.

If you’d like to find out more about how to no longer fear your fear I have a FREE 1 hour ‘How to Heal Your Pain’ course.

🚀Comment LEARN and I’ll send you a link to the course. Or visit the link in my bio.

People don’t realise there’s an ‘ideal area’ with anger. They think they’re either in the ‘repressing’ or the ‘overly expressing’ zones.

Afraid to hurt themselves and others, most people will choose to repress their anger.

However, both repressing and overly expressing can lead to internal and external issues.

Thankfully, there’s an ideal area which exists. Where you can learn how to safely allow your anger.

By doing so, you’ll heal chronic pain, anxiety, relationships and any other issues in life.

Learning how to allow anger properly, will help you to regain your power and your life.

If you’d like to know more about how allowing anger will help you heal chronic symptoms and strained relationships, comment LEARN below and I’ll send you some free resources to get you going 🚀

Therapy isn’t for everyone, it’s just a tool. But it happens to be a very good tool. One where you get to acknowledge, accept and express all the emotions you usually wouldn’t get to in every day life.

Therapy alone may also not be a complete tool to help you thrive in life.

You most likely will also need some sort of coaching to get you to be proactive.

Having therapy to help you acknowledge how you’re feeling, and then coaching to teach you what to do, is a deadly combination.

If you’d like to find out more about combining therapy and coaching, follow my upcoming intuitive with called

Life is short, your mind and body knows that. So if you’re not making the most of it, your mind and body may give you pain to get you to wake up.

Taking a risk and having the courage to go for what you want in life, may be the very thing that helps you alleviate your chronic symptoms.

Life has started now, it’s not going to start once you get a promotion, a partner or a toned butt.

Start living life now, if you haven’t started yet.

Travel, start that business, don’t delay an important conversation and ask that person out.

Stop holding back, say something to them. If you continue not to, you’re more likely to make yourself sick.

You can learn how to communicate needs and boundaries with empathy.

This is where you’re able to be honest about how someone has affected you, but also let them know that you understand how they must feel.

‘Non violent communication’, is a popular community of people who practice this.

It’s something I teach when people come to see me.

It drastically changes people’s lives, and those around them.

Healthier, better work environments and relationships.

Life keeps reinforcing these beliefs, but you can change that. By teaching your younger self that it’s okay to be imperfect, unliked, to feel anger, sadness, and fear.

You can choose the relationships and experiences you truly want.

This isn’t about ‘ultra positivity’—it’s about loving yourself, even the messy parts.

IFS Therapy is the tool I use to help people access these younger parts.

My brain will find any reason to look at my phone, rather than just be in my own company.

The discomfort of my mind and body, coupled with media companies making content highly addictive, is the perfect recipe for screen addiction.

Addiction can come in many forms, and while some addictions seem to overtly be more destructive, others lay beneath the surface under the guise of social acceptability.

Life is uncomfortable, and screens have provided an acceptable way to avoid that discomfort.

Avoiding discomfort for too long can lead to anxiety, stress and pain disorders.

So if you want to reduce your anxiety, stress or pain, you need to get more comfortable being uncomfortable.

One effective way to become more comfortable with discomfort, is to limit screen time.

You’ll just have to guess how tall Simone Biles is..

If you’d like guidance on how to become comfortable being uncomfortable, I have free guided meditations that do just that.

Meditation is not meant to be comfortable, it’s a practice of allowing yourself to feel all the emotions and sensations that your sedate yourself from in every day life.

The longer you sedate yourself from these uncomfortable emotions and sensations, the higher chance you’ll develop anxious, stress and pain disorders.

But if you can learn how to sit with that discomfort, getting comfortable being uncountable, anxiety, stress and pain will be a thing of the past.

If you’d like more guidance on this, visit the links in my bio for free guided meditations.

Who’s gotten under your skin lately? A parent, friend, colleague, child, stranger, ex? And which emotions and parts of your character is it exposing you to?

Do you like these emotions and parts of your character?

I’ll often notice an unhealthy desire to always be liked be people.

So if I feel as if someone doesn’t like me, I’ll do what I can to get them to like me.

Even if that means I forgot my own needs.

When and if this happens, it exposes me to disappointed and fearful emotions.

And a people pleaser part of my character.

Being exposed to these things has taught me that I don’t need everyone to like me.

And it’s also ok to feel emotions like disappointment and fear.

So who’s getting under your skin currently? And what is it teaching you?

I’m not making claims, I’m just asking questions. My hay fever symptoms were terrible most of my life, now they’re almost non existent.

Perhaps you can grow out of hay fever? I don’t know

All I know is that when I had chronic pain, I spent years going to treatments with no respite.

Finally, when I explored my emotional world, I was able to get lasting relief from pain.

I’d never have believed my stomach and back pain was emotionally induced, until it worked.

And now it seems my hay fever symptoms are drastically diminishing.

I have no doubt that when I first got hay fever as a child, I didn’t have the faculties to acknowledge and express my emotions.

Perhaps, just like with chronic pain, hay fever becomes more likely in people with certain personality traits.

People pleasers, high achievers, perfectionists, do gooders, planners and people who like to be in control.

Those who bury emotions

Could hay fever also be emotionally induced?

I’m more comfortable with screen life then real life. So I actively try to limit usage. Obviously screens have also helped me in lots of ways, but there must be a balance.

Limiting screen usage makes me feel uncomfortable, so sitting with that discomfort is the challenge.

However, the more I’m able to do so the more I notice that I feel less anxiety and stress, and more clarity and growth.

That’s just my experience of it, feel free to share yours
