Grieve for longer. It doesn’t hurt as much when you learn how to welcome the emotions. And also how to cultivate an optimistic perspective.
This can be done in meditation, journaling, therapy, support groups or with self talk.
Even with supportive friends (who can give you the space to validate emotions)
