𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: We're at 71 Princes Avenue, N13 6HA – North London can be a bit tricky with similar street names, so double-check!

𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹: Try to arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Please take off your shoes and use the hand sanitiser in the lobby.

𝗨𝗽𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀: The treatment room is just up one flight of stairs.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: The toilet is the first door on the right, and your treatment room is the next door along.

I'll show you where to pop your things, and feel free to grab some filtered water.

We'll chat about your intake form, what's affecting you, and what you're hoping to achieve. Then, we'll have a look at the area that needs attention.

This will help us figure out the best treatment plan. I'll explain everything, then step out for you to get ready. Just give me a shout when you're ready to start!

For our treatment we'll use a combination of soft tissue techniques. All the techniques are effective at releasing restricted tissue, but it shouldn’t be painful.

When we're done, I'll pop out again so you can get dressed.

Afterward, we'll go over how the session went, and I might suggest some easy self-care exercises, maybe even through an app called PhysiApp.

If we think we need more sessions, we can book them in then.
