One thing I’ve observed is the clients who get the best results are the ones who own their self-care.
That’s why I recommend self-care protocols that mirror what we do in treatments—so you can build your own pain care toolkit at home.
Here are some of my go-to tools:
🔥 Heat compresses for quick pain-relief
⚡ Trigger point balls and foot rollers for self-myofascial release
💪 Resistance bands for strengthening
But here’s the key: research shows that doing one exercise you actually enjoy and find helpful is far more powerful than 10 you don’t connect with.
👉 My advice?
Try a technique (heat, breathwork, self-myofascial release, meditation, etc.) consistently for at least a week. Notice how your body responds.
If it helps—keep it. If not—ditch it.
Self-care isn’t about doing everything. It’s about finding what works best for you.
