Hello Yoga Studio Hello Yoga Studio is a space located on Hornsey road 330, in Islington. The full name of the new place is Say Hello and Say Fair-well.

Hello Studio is a space located on Hornsey road in Islington, where local residents can come to practice yoga, pilate and barre but also shop the low-waste products from Fair-Well. Fair-Well is the little van that has been driving around the neighbourhood delivering plastic free food, supporting local residents to reduce food and plastic waste, for the last 3 years. The two projects have been brought together for a reason: Claire, Fair-Well founder and Yoga instructor believes that yoga practice, good food made sustainably, slow consumption, kindness and inclusivity within and between our communities can bring fulfilment and a sense of wellbeing. It can also help us reduce our environmental impact and make the right choices to protect our planet. It is inspired by Frank Ocean’s version of the song Strawberry swings, a childhood lullaby about nostalgia for a beautiful world that is ending, a dying planet that we imperatively need to look after, love and respect fully so that future generation can survive. The purpose of the Hello space is to bring beauty, conviviality and enjoyment to all while helping us enact a deep commitment and purpose towards the environment. Claire, hopes that this space will become a space to share talents, share new sustainable projects with the community and most importantly, be a space where everyone can feel welcomed and appreciated.

Hello my dear community 🤍

I’m not around at the moment because I’m in Goa, completing my 300-hour TTC with the exceptional Aum team. This has been a dream for a very long time, something deep in my heart, and through friendships and my connection to yoga, it slowly became a dream I felt I needed to pursue. And now here I am ! I’m in Goa!

I’m already learning so much and feeling incredibly grateful for this opportunity. Aum and his teachers are truly wonderful, and I feel so honoured to be learning from them. I hope to bring a little of their legacy back to Hello Studio and share it with you all through future classes.

For now, I’m taking some time away from Instagram so I can fully concentrate on learning and being present in this incredible moment. I’ll be back on the 20th of January after the first 100 hours, and then I’ll return to Goa again in February for the remaining 200 hours.

I hope the studio, even without me and Ocean for a while, continues to serve you just the same with our wonderful teachers 🤍

Unwrap Ease: A Yin Practice for the Holiday Season

Spend 2-hours with yourself before the holiday rush. This workshop is designed as a long yin practice to learn about the connection between the winter season and the element of water in our physical and emotional landscapes.
We’ll work through long-held postures that nourish the kidney and bladder meridian lines to support deep rest, resilience, and the capacity to turn inward. From this grounded place, we’ll gently open the heart space and side body, inviting warmth, connection and emotional spaciousness.

If you’ve been craving a moment of quiet before the season’s gatherings and obligations, this practice offers space to release stress, refill your own well, and settle into your internal landscape. Gentle hands-on assists and massage are available for those who wish, with simple self-massage techniques also offered.

With the deepest gratitude, I want to thank Rhona and Anna for holding such a truly beautiful Yoga for Peace workshop. Your presence, intention, and care created something far bigger than a single event , it became a space for connection, compassion, and collective hope.

Thanks to these two incredible souls, and to every single person who showed up with an open heart and Vicky who helped me to organise it at the studio, we raised £750 (tickets and separate donations), all of which has now been donated to

We know this is not enough. 💔

So we will keep marching.
We will keep praying.
We will keep gathering, moving, breathing, and standing together.

B.K.S. Iyengar (Bellur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar) was one of the most influential yoga teachers of the 20th century. He developed Iyengar Yoga, a style known for precision, alignment, and the use of props to make postures accessible to all bodies. He devoted his life to understanding the body, mind and breath. His curiosity and discipline shaped a style of yoga that helps people move with clarity, confidence, and care.
His legacy still lives on in studios around the world.

Chiara guides you toward precision and strength in the way your body needs, always offering mindful cues that encourage you to listen inward. This morning I arrived feeling strong, and Chiara led a vinyasa practice that supported both strength and release and exactly what my body was asking for. On another day, if my night had been more hectic, I would feel equally supported to move differently, honoring that energy. In her class, there’s space for all energy levels, with the option to use props or modify poses as needed.

So grateful for this thoughtful, empowering teaching. 💛🧘‍♀️

Both of our slow-paced classes invite you to move with presence, feel more, and reconnect with your body but each one supports you in a different way:

🧡 Sunday Slow Flow with Ellen — 5:30pm
A deeply releasing, fascia-focused flow to help you unwind, soften, and reset at the end of the weekend. Expect gentle movement, spacious pauses, self-myofascial release, and a nourishing sense of letting go.
If you’d like to go deeper into meditation afterwards, you can also stay for Sound Healing with Yan at 7pm.

💛 Monday Slow Flow with Rhona — 6:15pm
A slow, strength-building practice to ease you into the week. Move intentionally, build energy gradually, and set a grounded, uplifting tone for the days ahead.
