I am just wondering what to do this week after I’ve seen 100 000 racsssts marching across London …
Maybe joining yoga classes for…
🌿 Grounding & Restorative
• Yin Yoga or Restorative Practice: Long, supported poses to calm the nervous system.
• Sound Healing Meditation: Let the vibrations do the heavy lifting while you just lie there.
🔥 Processing & Releasing
• Mandala or Vinyasa Flow: Move, twist, shake, reclaim lightness and freedom in your body.
• Breath of Fire or Lion’s Breath: A safe way to exhale frustration, anger, and all that sticky energy
🌬️ Calming the Mind
• Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing ) to bring yourself back into balance.
• Compassion Meditation: Send loving-kindness outwards
🌌 Community & Healing
• Join classes and marches : Surround yourself with supportive people who remind you that togetherness is louder than hate.
And remember: those marchers are not your people. Just as they’ve been busy spraying hate and racism, you can spread something far more contagious , inclusivity, compassion, and care!
