✨ Two Slow Flows, Two Different Intentions ✨
Both of our slow-paced classes invite you to move with presence, feel more, and reconnect with your body but each one supports you in a different way:
🧡 Sunday Slow Flow with Ellen — 5:30pm
A deeply releasing, fascia-focused flow to help you unwind, soften, and reset at the end of the weekend. Expect gentle movement, spacious pauses, self-myofascial release, and a nourishing sense of letting go.
If you’d like to go deeper into meditation afterwards, you can also stay for Sound Healing with Yan at 7pm.
💛 Monday Slow Flow with Rhona — 6:15pm
A slow, strength-building practice to ease you into the week. Move intentionally, build energy gradually, and set a grounded, uplifting tone for the days ahead.
