This week, there has been an inquest into the heartbreaking death of Lyla Story. Lyla passed away from diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) before she received a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes (T1D).

Our thoughts are with Lyla’s family and all who loved her.

Help raise awareness of the early signs of type 1 diabetes – the 4Ts:

- Tired
- Toilet (going more often)
- Thirsty
- Thinner
