Do you complain of feeling cold easily and lacking energy during exercise?
Here is a recipe to help boost your yang qi energy ( TCM term)

Add boiling water and simmer it on a very low heat about 1 hour. Have it in the morning.

Powerful antioxidant tea! So delicious 😋

Recipe

1 tablespoon hibiscus
2 tablespoon rose hip
1 tablespoon dried hawthorn
1 teaspoon Sumac

Put all the ingredients in a suitable glass jug or french press
Add 1 little of hot water (70 degree Celsius max). Let it brew for 2-4 hours. You can have it hot, warm or cold after your meals.
