I overheard the term “divide and conquer” being used in somebody’s sales meeting this morning whilst in my local coffee shop. It transpired she worked for a dental care company and I would LOVE to know in what context that term was being used for a company in *health* and *care*. Oxy, moron.
This term is rooted in a strategy aimed at gaining and maintaining power and control through division.
Now, unlike any social media strategy that’s designed to create value. This strategy creates no value at all, for us, the common people. Division, like my to do list, is never ending.
I present a new term, for a new age “unite and prosper” because mark my words, it’s the only way any of us are going to thrive in this life.
Unite and prosper. Now, imagine that.
📝 Other points to discuss:
People talk bollox in meetings. If you took the bollox out of meetings, you could probably reduce meetings by days.
Meetings should not be conducted in public places and ruin everyone else’s day too.
