Come and join us on for a Sunday morning's Relax and Restore Yoga and Sound Meditation session from 10am to 12 noon on 26 October, 2025. Some details here:
🧘 1st Hour: Restorative Yoga, led by Sangeeta, a certified and accredited yoga instructor (San Yoga UK)
Sink into gentle, restorative hatha yoga poses. During this session, you are invited to move through gentle poses using props like cushions, blankets, and blocks to create a sense of ease and comfort. The emphasis is on releasing muscular tension, calming the nervous system, and cultivating mindfulness through slow, steady movements and breath work.
🎵 2nd Hour: Sound Bath Meditation, led by Cherlyn, a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner. Circle Sounds Healing "Your tools to Effective Mindfulness Meditation"
Allow yourself to be embraced by the Sounds. Free up the clutter in your mind and find the space where stillness thrives. This practice benefits those who find it challenging to let go and relax. It is an effective mindfulness practice to aid relief from stress and anxiety.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed — bring your mat, a cosy blanket or 2, an eye mask or scarf, a cushion, and an open heart with a curious mind.
