Think of someone you feel has wronged youā¦
Now think of THREE things you appreciate about them.
Ignore what went wrong for a moment, and just notice how your energy shifts.

Because feeling better in your body starts with how you handle people, setbacks, and responsibility.
Taking 100% responsibility doesnāt mean accepting unfairness- no no! It means choosing empowerment instead of blame.

š« Appreciated people go the extra mile.
A simple thank you, a kind word, a short testimonial or clear communication - these things cost nothing financially but mean everything. And.. they might just help you get what you want or as close to. āØ
Yet we hold back on appreciation as if it costs us, and weāre quick to criticise when one thing doesnāt go to plan after a hundred go right.
Sometimes itās not even the other person- itās our own shifting circumstances that we want another to be responsible for.
Itās human to do this- blame another for ānot understandingā. And itās integrous to acknowledge from both sides and understand the impact on another too.
So today, choose appreciation.
