I'm Preeti, a passionate health and fitness trainer that loves to empower busy, professional women to unlock and unleash their full potential by leading healthy, balanced and active lifestyles! As a former Chartered Certified Accountant turned Entrepreneur and 'high achiever', I know only too well from personal experience, how trying to juggle all of life's demands whilst maintaining our health and wellbeing can be so challenging! I have been where many of my clients start- feeling low confidence, low self-esteem in my own appearance, exhausted and always on the back-foot. It was holding me back in more ways than I imagined. I also knew the Corporate world as I knew it didn't feel aligned. I love people and I wanted to work with people and create impact in a way that was meaningful to me. In 2020, having become so frustrated with the way I looked to the point I would cry about it, I joined a program to improve the way I eat and learn how to get 'healthy'. In 90 days I emerged having carved out a beautiful body for myself and oodles of confidence! I felt proud of my body! I became a Coach on this program as I wanted to give back to others what I had gotten. Fast forward a year and a half, I had completed a diploma in Vegan Nutrition and the following year I qualified as a Personal Trainer. In 2022 when I had already completed as a Coach to focus on my accountancy career, a persistent knock on the door led me to piloting a program of my own to a group of people. The program was a success and more and more enquiries started flooding in from my personal social media pages where I shared actively and openly my own journey. This was the start of my calling as a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, a career I had never contemplated having but found it to be the perfect fit and use of my skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to others. Preeti Pandya Fitness was born! The product range is continually developing in line with my clients' needs, industry developments and guidelines based on feedback from my amazing Clients! Currently offering: Online Group Coaching programs, 1-1 and bespoke coaching, accountability, Personal Training and nutrition and training plans. I’m Preeti- accountant turned full-time fitness coach.

I live for freedom, fun, and adventure. A seeker at heart, endlessly curious, obsessed with living life to the fullest- exploring human potential and pushing boundaries because it is ALL available to whoever wants it!

Fitness started as a way to look and feel good, and that’s still a big part for me (I’m ruled by Venus- planet of beauty- what can I say! šŸ˜…)- but it quickly became more: a passion, a tool, and a mission. What drives me now is seeing how many women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond don’t know what’s possible for their bodies. With longer lives ahead, being strong, healthy, and capable is essential, not to mention so many diseases and lifestyle conditions are preventable if we just know how.

My love of travel inspired me to build an online business- freedom of time, location, and finances.

I also understand not everyone sees life through the same lens as me and am passionate about everyone living life on their terms, which is why I create fitness systems.

Fitness systems and structures give women a solid foundation of health so they can enjoy life fully, in whatever way suits them. That’s a freedom we should all be afforded.

I work entirely online.

One of my core values is freedom, and online coaching allows both me and my clients to live with more flexibility.

It means I can work with people anywhere in the world across different lifestyles and time zones.

But it also creates something much more valuable: independence.

Because while a trainer can guide you, they can’t be with you every moment of the day.

Not when you’re cooking your meals.
Not when you’re making daily lifestyle decisions.
Not when life gets busy.

So my coaching is designed to help you build real autonomy around your health, training and nutrition.

Some of my clients also work with me in-person (virtual) for training and coaching. Some have external personal trainers and do my online coaching programs alongside.

What’s your third space?

Your first space is home.
Your second space is work.

But the place that often shapes how well you perform in both… is your third space.

The place where you slow down to stay powerful.

For me currently it’s the spa. (Used to be cafes).

Sauna. Steam. Cold plunge. whirlpool bath.
No rushing. No pressure to perform.

Just recovery, clarity, and presence.

When you train hard, work hard, and carry responsibility, recovery isn’t luxury, it’s intelligence.

It’s how you show up stronger, sharper, and more composed in every area of life.

I also love the quiet conversations you have with strangers in the steam and sauna… those unexpected human moments that remind you to slow down and value what really matters.

But very little investment in the thing underneath it all.

And yet building a strong and healthy body you are proud is taking care of the source. It elevates you from the inside-out. Your glow and confidence resound loudly and seem effortless.

Anything that doesn’t fall into 1, 2 or 3 goes onto a ā€œsomeday, one-dayā€ list- physically written down- so it’s parked, not forgotten.

Clarity feels better than chaos ever did šŸ˜‡

High performing women who get the best results are not the ones who work the hardest. They are the ones who work the smartest.

Wealthy, working women over 30 with sky high ambitions and drive do not chase random workouts for ā€˜fun’ and ā€˜variety’ whilst skipping over essentials āŒ

Whilst there is no shortage of effort in fitness, there is a shortage of intelligent training systems designed for women over 30 and 40 who want strength, tone, and longevity without wasting time on random programming.
