I'm Preeti, a passionate health and fitness trainer that loves to empower busy, professional women to unlock and unleash their full potential by leading healthy, balanced and active lifestyles! As a former Chartered Certified Accountant turned Entrepreneur and 'high achiever', I know only too well from personal experience, how trying to juggle all of life's demands whilst maintaining our health an

d wellbeing can be so challenging! I have been where many of my clients start- feeling low confidence, low self-esteem in my own appearance, exhausted and always on the back-foot. It was holding me back in more ways than I imagined. I also knew the Corporate world as I knew it didn't feel aligned. I love people and I wanted to work with people and create impact in a way that was meaningful to me. In 2020, having become so frustrated with the way I looked to the point I would cry about it, I joined a program to improve the way I eat and learn how to get 'healthy'. In 90 days I emerged having carved out a beautiful body for myself and oodles of confidence! I felt proud of my body! I became a Coach on this program as I wanted to give back to others what I had gotten. Fast forward a year and a half, I had completed a diploma in Vegan Nutrition and the following year I qualified as a Personal Trainer. In 2022 when I had already completed as a Coach to focus on my accountancy career, a persistent knock on the door led me to piloting a program of my own to a group of people. The program was a success and more and more enquiries started flooding in from my personal social media pages where I shared actively and openly my own journey. This was the start of my calling as a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, a career I had never contemplated having but found it to be the perfect fit and use of my skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to others. Preeti Pandya Fitness was born! The product range is continually developing in line with my clients' needs, industry developments and guidelines based on feedback from my amazing Clients! Currently offering: Online Group Coaching programs, 1-1 and bespoke coaching, accountability, Personal Training and nutrition and training plans. What a year it’s been so far…
and I’m still riding the energy from the incredible .events - my very first one.

I was originally coming as a guest.
But as it often happens… life had other plans and I was invited to model for the incredible .photography , showcasing some of the most beautiful outfits, jewellery, and makeup looks, all created by talented, often solopreneurs and small business owners bringing their passion to the forefront, taking risks, thinking big and bringing their vision to life.

And that’s really the point of this post.

In the middle of your hustle, your plans, your structure…
don’t become so rigid that you miss the unexpected opportunities.

The ones that come indirectly.
The ones you didn’t plan for.
The ones that simply feel good.

Because those moments?
They bring a different kind of fulfilment.

A reminder that life isn’t just about outcomes and achievements.
It’s about contribution.
It’s about being part of something bigger than yourself.
It’s about those small, unexpected pockets of joy where you get to give, connect, and experience.

We live. We die.
We take nothing with us.

But we do get to experience these moments.

And for me- that’s what this life experience is all about.
The universe experiencing itself through itself. Being creator. Attaining fulfillment and unadulated joy 💕

Stress for high performing women come’s from doing everything and expecting ourselves to do it perfectly.

A little bit of compassion at the end of the week to aid rest and recovery, which are also very important parts of our fitness and wellbeing.

This is hitting reset.

High standards.
Less self-pressure.
More self-respect.

Because being a work in progress and still being powerful are both possible.

Sometimes it’s:
– Seeing your lifts go up week after week
– Noticing your clothes fit differently
– Comparing photos and realising your body has changed
– Watching your health markers improve behind the scenes

And yes, sometimes it’s that moment where a body composition scan tells you your body is that of a 28-year-old, when your biological age is several years beyond that 😉🦾

That’s not luck.

That’s evidence of consistency.

The small habits you think aren’t doing much?

They’re doing everything.

Track them.
Measure them.
Let your brain see the proof.

Because when you can see progress, you stay in the game long enough to become it.

She is everything. And still expected to be more.

The leader.
The nurturer.
The daughter/ wife/ partner/ mother.
The woman building something of her own… while holding it all together.

This week it really hit me,
how many roles we carry, all at once.

We don’t have hours to throw at the gym.
We don’t need another plan that expects our whole life to revolve around it.

We need something S.M.A.R.T.er.

A structure that works with our unique life.
Training that supports our energy, hormones, reality + where we are heading.

Because we’re not just women with a fitness goal.
We’re women with full lives.

And our fitness regime should rise to meet us there.

You’ll go far alone.
But you’ll go further together.

Never felt more true than it does right now.

As someone who’s spent a lot of life being fiercely independent,
I’m learning a different strength…
Learning to lean on people.
To let go of control.
To trust.

This weekend, I had the pleasure of modelling for an incredible shoot, getting to play dress-up Barbie, wear the most stunning outfits, live out a teenage ‘modelling’ dream (ramp walk I’m coming for you!).. all whilst promoting the benefits of fitness and wellbeing as the underlying source of it all! 😃

Massive love to .photography- an absolute angel who takes others in a journey with, and to the amazing .events team for creating such a beautiful space housing SO MANY BRANDS under one roof!

Confession time…
I’ve often avoided spaces like this. 🫣

Telling myself:
“Maybe it’s not for me.”
“Maybe I won’t fit in.”

But here’s what I’m realising,:

When you take the ‘I’ out of it,
you see the truth.

Everyone in that room…
has fears.
has hopes.
has ambitions.
is figuring it out.

And suddenly, there’s no separation.
Just connection.

And when we lift each other up-
we all rise.

More on this another time.
But for now… just gratitude.

Next year I’m coming with a £1000 budget on my credit card!
