Trained as a ballerina from a very young age, I have always adored the way dance made me feel. The wonderful escape and the gorgeous play that shows up only the way it does for my particular body and style. I've learned to be emboldened by that fact, that my body moves the way it should for me just as all other bodies move as they should for the souls residing in them. Not to be compared but to be expanded, challenged and enjoyed. My mission is to get more bodies moving, more minds comfortable with letting go and finding the play again. This is the key element for sustainable health and well being, finding the Joy in our activities otherwise - whats the point?!

I am a London based, German raised, American born alternative fitness teacher, wellness coach and lifestyle blogger. I’ve made it my mission to create opportunities for enjoyable and sustainable healthy lifestyle practices for all bodies to enjoy.

My workshops and gathering allow me to do exactly that.

Joy & Yoga Series: a fusion my love of play based fitness and yoga gave birth to something new, something exciting and fun. All while upholding the principles of safe and effective dynamic stretching, mental agility, enhancing mobility and balance.

I teach both vinyasa flow and soon Rocket style yoga, in addition to several variations of yoga fusions. Hoop & Yoga = Hoop Flex, Disco Yoga, Yoga Boogy, Yoga for Skaters, Yoga for Flow Artists, and Yoga for mental Clarity (includes meditation).

Wellness Gatherings: Intimate groups in safe and luxurious environments, promoting self explorations, creative awakening. We host local and destination gatherings focused on supporting (or launching) your movement practice. A transformative experience like no other, we combines the physical; hoop, dance, skate yoga, water sports with the cognitive; community, culture, creativity, to create an environment for growth which can you sustain you long after the we part ways. Wellness for us, is never boring!

Roller Skating and Roller Hooping: a big fan of fusions, I share both my love of rollerskating - teaching beginners the basics and giving intermediate & advanced a new tool for their kit.

Learn how to start, stop, roll and keep time. Fun beginner skate dance moves and then level up by adding a hula hoop.
