1 cup cold water OR a handful of ice

For diabetics, it's better unstrained to keep fiber.
Acidic for sensitive stomachs
Oranges + green apples can trigger acidity or reflux in some people.

1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
2 amla (seed removed)
