Lauki(Bottle gourd) spinach soup
Soup for kids as well as people suffering from inflammation
. Beetroot (cubed)
• Carrot (sliced)
• Red bell pepper
• Onion (chopped)
• Garlic cloves
• Bottle gourd (cubed)
• Fresh coriander leaves
. Spinach leaves
. Tomato -1
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Optional: black pepper or cumin powder

Method 1: Put Everything in Cooker & Blend
1. Add to cooker
• Put all vegetables (beetroot, carrot, onion, garlic, bell pepper, spinach, tomato,bottle gourd) into a pressure cooker.
• Add salt and enough water to cover vegetables.
2. Cook
• Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles (or until very soft).
3. Cool & blend
• Let it cool slightly.
• Blend everything into a smooth soup.Adjust & serve
• Add water if too thick.
• Heat once more, adjust salt.
• Garnish with cheese and serve hot.

🔹 Method 2: Bake (Roast) & Blend (Richer Flavor)
1. Bake vegetables
• Place all chopped vegetables on a tray.
• Lightly drizzle oil and sprinkle salt.
• Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–40 minutes until soft.
2. Blend
• Transfer baked vegetables to a blender.
• Add hot water and blend until smooth.
3. Heat & finish
• Pour into a pot, heat gently.
• Adjust salt and consistency.
• Add chopped coriander.

Facts:
When you are lazy and it’s month end . Buying pods can sometimes be expensive . Using instant coffee in frother . Made for fun but coffee was good 😂

Welcome to my series of what I eat after been suffering from stomach inflammation (ulcer ) past 2 months
All meals need to be less to no oil, soothes stomach and digestion friendly . This was made with skimmed milk with water.
Day 1 - oats meal
This simple oatmeal can be made with milk (if allowed) or water
Rich in soluble fiber (beta-glucan), which forms a soothing gel in the stomach
• Helps protect the stomach lining and reduce irritation
• Easy to digest, especially when cooked well in milk or water

✔️ Great for gastritis, acid irritation, and sensitive stomachs

Ingredients
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 cup milk or water(I have used mix)
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp raisins


Method
1. Simmer oats and milk(or water) for 5–7 minutes, stirring gently.
2. Spoon into a bowl.
3. Top with pumpkin seeds and raisins.
4. Serve warm.

Ingredients (1–2 servings)
• Amla (Indian gooseberry): 1–2 (fresh) or 1 tbsp amla juice
• Beetroot: ½ medium, peeled & chopped
• Carrot: 1 medium, peeled & chopped
• Orange: 1 large, peeled (remove seeds)
• Water: ½–1 cup (as needed)
• Optional: a small piece of ginger or a pinch of black pepper

👩‍🍳 How to Make
1. Add amla, beetroot, carrot, and orange to a blender/juicer.
2. Add water and blend until smooth.
3. Strain if you prefer a thinner juice (optional).
4. Drink fresh—ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

• Start with small amounts if new to raw beetroot or amla.
