This is heart felt message from our Arran. I’m so proud of him getting his 1 stone award the week of Christmas.

Thank you for all your support. it has truly helped me being able to join a group of people on this weight loss journey. I feel that I’ve become much more aware of what I eat, and stopped hurting myself in the process as I used to ..

I have always been up and down with weight as it truly reflected my mental health, but the past few years have truly been the hardest, and dropping a good 9 kilos in a month and a half is honestly crazy, but it’s the best feeling. The beauty of this also is that I already have clothes that are L, so coming from XL almost 2XL, being able to bow fit into a few of my L hoodies, is truly a miracle.

Thank you Carol for the support and the work you do. Beautiful thing is , i have pictures to prove it. 😂

Sometimes life gets in the way and members go missing, we finally got to welcome a familiar face back to the group. Seeing them return meant more than words can say. Even more special was watching their friend greet them with open arms, like no time had passed at all. It was a beautiful reminder that real friendships don’t keep score — they just show up. Welcome back, you were missed.
