✨Vayu the element of Air✨

The autumn season is the season where the element of Air is predominant. Air represents the gradual weakening of nature as it moves away from its full bloom and moves forward to face the hibernation of winter.

Vayu symbolises the flow, the movement and the breath.

Here are some tips to help you to keep the Air element balanced in your mind and body:

🔹Cultivating a physical practice is recommended, like having a regular walk in nature or an asana yoga practice.
🔹The flow of thoughts we have every minute can be overwhelming sometimes, calming the mind with a meditation practice is always a good idea, even 10 or 15 mins per day will have positive results to sooth the mind.
🔹Work on the breath with a Pranayama technique has a beneficial impact on both the mind and body as it activates and harmonises the Air element, the breath our source of life which is synonymous with prana.

✨ Manipura chakra bija mantra & mudra✨

Manipura Chakra or Solar plexus chakra is the third energy vortex of the 7 main chakras, representing the fire element (transformative power) and directly connected to our digestive system.
It is located between the navel and the base of the sternum, two fingers above the belly button.

MANI means gem and PURA means city in sanskrit, Manipura is the "City of gems", our inner gem is our will power and our self-confidence.

Bija mantra (seed mantra) RAM

How to activate your solar plexus chakra:
Seat in a comfortable meditative posture, relax your shoulders, straighten your back. Join your hands together, palms on palms in front of your stomach, fingers pointing outwards. Cross your thumbs, left thumb on top of the right one.

Close your eyes, relax the muscles of your face, relax your tongue, your neck and connect to your breath.
Take a deep inhale by the nose and exhale chanting the bija mantra R-A-A-A-M. Repeat the bija mantra as long as you need.

Chanting the bija mantra Ram will help to balance Manipura chakra, activate Agni (fire) and will boost your confidence and self-esteem. It will support you to build your will power and inner strength.

✨Clear your mind ✨

Breathe and find a gazing point.

Be aware of your natural breathing, feel the movement of your belly.

Focus on your breath, on the energy flowing throughout your body.

Relax your whole physically body, be present in the moment, don't let any thoughts disturb your concentration. If so, come back to your breath 🌬️

✨Join me online to practise Yoga ✨

From Monday to Friday,
I propose three different classes.

- Hatha Yoga class, a slow-paced practice guided by the breath. Through a set of postures (asana) and breathwork, we work on our body and mind.
- Pranayama class, a practice focus on yogic breathing techniques. We use the breath to direct and expand the flow of prana (life force energy) throughout the body.
- Yoga Nidra class, a deep relaxation practice. Often known as ‘yogic sleep’, it is a form of guided meditation, a specific state of inner awareness.

For more info please DM, I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

✨Svadhistana chakra Mantra Mudra✨

Svadhistana chakra or Sacral chakra is the second energy vortex of the 7 chakras and marks the second stage of human evolvement.
It is located in the lower abdomen, a couple fingers bellow the belly button.

Bija mantra (seed mantra) VAM
Sva means self, Adhistana means seat, residence.

How to activate your sacral chakra:
Seat in a comfortable meditative posture, straighten your spine, relax your shoulders and place your hands on your laps.

Place your hands in Dhyana Mudra: Palms of your hands facing upward with the right hand resting on the palm of the left hand. Tip of the thumbs touching one another.
Close your eyes, connect to your natural breath, take a deep inhale and exhale chanting the bija mantra V-A-A-A-M.

Chanting the bija VAM will help to cleanse your Sacral center in a physical and spiritual way, will boost your confidence, will enhance your creativity and will harmonise the water element. Repeat it for as long as you need 🌟
