Most people think the pressure is coming from the situation.

The deadline.
The expectations.
The moment itself.

But if that were true…

Why does the exact same situation feel fine one day…
and overwhelming the next?

It’s not the situation.

It’s the script your brain runs when it thinks something important is at stake.

And the problem isn’t that you don’t understand that.

It’s that when it matters…
you’re inside it.

So it feels real.
It feels true.
And you react to it.

That’s why “working on your mindset” hasn’t stuck.

Because you’re trying to fix it after the moment…

Instead of seeing it while it’s happening.

Comment SCRIPT and I’ll send you the tool to catch it in real time.

Most leaders don’t struggle with feedback.

They struggle with what feedback means about them.

A comment in a meeting.
A question about a decision.
A piece of criticism from someone they respect.

And suddenly it’s not information anymore.

It’s identity.

“I messed that up.”
“They don’t trust me.”
“My credibility just dropped.”

So they defend, over-explain, or replay the conversation for the rest of the day.

But the real problem isn’t feedback.

It’s the internal script that gets activated when your nervous system senses threat.

When that script is running, you’re not hearing what was actually said.

You’re hearing what it means about you.

And that’s exactly when you miss the gold — the piece of information that could actually make you a better leader.

In this video I explain how that happens, and how to separate feedback from identity so you can extract the signal instead of defending the ego.

I’ve also shared a short audio and a worksheet in the comment that help you practise this in real situations.

Curious: what’s a piece of feedback that stayed with you longer than it probably should have?

Most people I work with feel like the pressure they’re under is coming from the outside.

The job.
The expectations.
The responsibility.

So they try to change the situation hoping the pressure will ease.

New role.
New project.
New environment.

But if the pressure follows you everywhere you go…
it might be worth asking whether it’s really coming from out there.

In this video I explain why pressure feels external, and where it’s actually created.

I also shared a short audio + exercise that helps you recognise what’s happening in real time

You don’t need to book a facial to teach your child self-love!

It can be a walk. A cuddle. Painting rocks in the garden.
It’s not about what you do, it’s about the message behind it.

And this one felt like a beautiful way to show her:
You don’t have to do more to be enough.
You’re allowed to take up space, rest, play, and feel good, just because.

Let’s raise them free from the rules we’ve had to unlearn.

Ever noticed how:

🚫 The more you try to eat less, the more you end up bingeing later?

🚫 The harder you train to “burn off” food, the more exhausted you feel?

🚫 The more you try to “be good”, the worse you feel when you slip?

That’s because restriction isn’t just about food—it’s about fear. The fear of losing control. The fear of what happens if you don’t try harder.

And when fear runs the show, it creates a cycle: restriction → cravings → bingeing → guilt → repeat.

💡 Breaking free isn’t about forcing new behaviors or thinking more positively. It’s about rewriting how you relate to the thoughts that scare you—so they lose their grip.

🔥 If this cycle sounds familiar, it’s time to break it—for good.

🌟 **Listening to My Cravings = Freedom** 🌟

Today, I indulged in a delicious ice cream, and it felt amazing. 🍦 Why? Because I listened to my body, honored my craving, and enjoyed every single bite.

In the past, I would've probably ignored that craving, telling myself I had great willpower. But you know what would've happened? I’d have ice cream on my mind *all day*, eventually leading to snacking on all sorts of "healthy" options to fill the void. But those little snacks would often add up to more than just one scoop of ice cream—and leave me feeling frustrated and discouraged.

What I've learned is that the best way to get results isn't by fighting your cravings; it's by honoring them. When you listen to what your body truly wants, you free yourself from the mental battle. You get to enjoy your food and move on, rather than obsessing over it all day.

So here’s to listening to your wants and honoring them. Trust me, your mind (and body) will thank you! 🙏✨
