It’s World Menopause Day today, guys don’t scroll away, there is such a thing as male menopause too, it’s called Andropause!
Both have a connection with stress and anxiety. Not related you may say, but the connection between how stressed they are and their hormones is being talked about more and more with my clients.
I’ve heard one account of a person thinking they were going through the menopause who managed to reduce their stress levels significantly and their symptoms vanished.
So have a think today about what you could do to relieve your stress and improve your mood.
It could be exercise, meditation, getting a bit more sleep, eating a more balanced diet or just having a chat with a friend. Give yourself a break and take care of yourselves out there, it's a stressful world.
