Congratulations to our 3rd cohort of managers on successfully completing the 6 Critical Practices of Leading a Team programme!

At RFL Property Services Ltd we believe in providing high class and consistent standards across our business and that starts internally with our effective people management practices.

Managers joined us for the two-day programme from multiple teams across our business including Catering, Property, Decontamination Services, Finance and Contracts and Performance to develop their toolkit and enable them to successfully lead their teams.

We look forward to seeing all three cohorts again in December and hearing about how everyone has embedded their practices with their teams.

We're Hiring!

✔ Are you an experienced distribution team leader?
✔ Are you able to work flexible shifts?
✔ Do you want to earn up to £31k per year?

Our small, friendly distribution team in Enfield is expanding and they need an experienced distribution/warehouse team leader to keep the day to day operation running smoothly.

You must have an Aisle master/Flexi/Bendi B1 forklift license and previous team leading/supervisory experience in a similar environment for us to consider you.

It would also be great if you have completed a racking safety awareness course and were skilled in leading a team.

Before you decide lets tell you what's on offer. We operate rotating shift patterns 08:00 to 16:00 and 22:00 to 06:00 which you will be given at least 4 weeks in advance and a salary up to £31k a year including unsocial hours payments for night, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for a super motivated individual with previous warehouse supervisory experience ideally within the NHS to join us as an Operational Support Team Leader.

✅️ Working Mon - Fri 06:00 - 14:00 based at our Enfield Distribution Centre.

✅️ You must have NVQ L2 warehouse supervision or similar and FLT licences including counterbalance and Flexi/Bend B1.
