A really great distillation of research into a very simple and easy to understand article. People aren't machines - we are living organisms that feel and hurt and fear and rejoice. Therapy should FEEL good - no matter whether you have a major injury or you're just in pain. Listening to ourselves a little more is really important.

Spent a wonderful morning delivering an introduction to DermoNeuroModulatiom to the awesome team . Thank you all so much for being so receptive. I had a wonderful time sharing all things nervy, nervous system, brain and pain. Reminded me why I do what I do and how important it is to listen to people in pain so we can help them better.

Looking forward to chapter 2 down the line 😍

I'm incredibly excited to announce my new partnership with which has recently opened their brand new space in Lewisham/Hither Green. From Monday next week JT Movement Therapy will be taking up residence in the gym in a bespoke treatment space with all the facilities you could ever need to feel more like yourself again.

While we remain our independant businesses, and I are both passionate believers in helping people feel better, perform better and giving everyone an inclusive space to do so and I know that being in the same space, we'll be able to offer all those things in abundance - as Base 13's statement says "Together we are Stronger".

Thank you to all the ongoing support of my clients over the years and to Henry for bringing this vision into a beautiful reality
