I really enjoy reading but I’ve only read two on this list however I can recommend both - explain pain and the painful truth are definitely worth reading if you want to understand pain a bit more….

This list has also reminded me to read the copy of the body keeps the score that has been on my book shelf for a couple of months now!

Not everyone needs to have a total knee replacement if they are diagnosed with osteoarthritis - sadly this is not always understood and offered to people…

In 2015, Linda was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in her knee.

She thought she'd definitely end up having surgery, but by learning more about the condition she's been able to reduce the pain and the impact it has on her life without needing to have an operation! 🙌
