Honestly, the answer is always lifting 🏋️‍♀️🧡

In our lifters log books they have a pre and post lifting feels section to fill out for every session. 99.9% of the time our lifters walk out of the door feeling better than when they walked in 😌✨

If you already move, you need to lift to compliment it.
If you’re feeling out of touch with your body, you need to lift to connect to it.
If you’re over the age of 30 you will soon start to experience muscle atrophy, you need to lift to combat it.
If you want to actually “tone up”, you need to lift to achieve it.

And so many more reasons.

Our sessions are instructor-led and follow structured programmes designed to help you build real strength, confidence, and resilience.

There’s a reason for the 16 week structure. For the logbooks we give our members. For the way we periodise the training blocks. For the way we coach to get you strong. Because it works. Nothing is by chance, random or just a guess, it is science backed and it’s clear to see from our members gains, it really does work.
