Having just reached 40 years of age I am proud to say that I have managed to reach about 85% of my overall fitness/strength/speed and skills compared to myself 10 years ago. I am not gonna lie...it was a very difficult process that started almost 2 years ago.

I had to overcome my mindset first then my hamstring and shoulder injuries, although the injuries still persist!

I have learned that it really is much harder after 35 years old and that with consistency and hard work you can still be on top of your game!

I am now able to do 5 reps of 100kg lat pull down, 12 reps of pull up variations, 5 reps of 24kg and 10 reps of 20kg dumbell bicep curls, 2 reps of 100kg and 12 reps of 80kg bench, 10 reps of 100kg squat and 2 minutes rounds of continues sparring/bagwork easily!

I am still chasing that damn 8 pack...but I am adamant that I will achieve it without food control lol!

Two weeks in Thailand did me some good. Despite the large food and drinks intake all those hours of walking per day, long sleeping hours and the Muaythai training actually made me lose fat and get more toned!

I am starting to see some bulk on my body now despite workout routines being the same...happened unintentionally though....

I am starting to see some bulk on my body now despite workout routines being the same...happened unintentionally though. I guess I have been eating a lot more in the last couple of months due to having a much busier work schedule.

Size and definition seem to be improving...with consistent twice a week training but still failing to reduce my carbs 🙃
