The neurological perspective is consistent with the principles of a dynamic coordination of processes within the system: it is a network of connections, clusters of firing neurons communicating in synchrony with clusters of other neurons, brain regions communicating with other, often remote brain regions, constituting a dynamic process of ongoing interactions and the chemical and electrical transmission of information. Communication within the neural subsystem is circular,not linear; neurons are firing in all directions, creating a web- like pattern of organization, running in loops and consequently able to create conditions for feedback, enabling regulation and self – regulation within all aspects of the system. Neurotransmitters, hormones, peptides, the immune system and so on, all play a role in the overall performance of the system as a whole- your brain and your mind.

What are challenges? Are they positive or negative?
Should you like them or avoid them?
Challenge is something that needs great mental or physical effort in order to be done successfully and therefore tests a person's ability.
If you think they are too demanding and you would better live without challenges, you must be satisfied with your life as it is- without changes or improvements. But if you want to experience new ways of life, new horizons, developments- it would be good idea to embrace every challenge as it gives you the chance to go where you want and higher!

It is amazing how beliefs are affecting our minds and life.
If you believe in yourself, you can do what you want to do! If you dream that you could do something but don't believe you can do this, you can't!
It sounds simple, but what exactly is belief!
How can people heal by popping sugar pills and believing they are actual medicine?
Or how people can believe VR?
It is all in our mind, but how can you make yourself believe something that you want to believe, but suspect, it is not going to happen?
Or how you don't want to believe VR, but it makes you believe it.

Do you sometimes feel that you have to live inside limits? That some people have many opportunities, chances, luck- and this is why they can achieve more.
But you can't achieve more that you have because there are conditions that don't allow you do the same. Whatever these conditions are... for example your parents, your job, your partner, you think that you are destined to live like you are. You probably have your dreams but you think that these are only dreams and reality is different.
The thing is that everything in the world that is made by people, has in the beginning been someone's dream. They then made a plan how to realise their dreams and made it real.
You can do the same! All our constraints are only in your mind. If you truly want to achieve your dream, you must get over your constraints, understand that your conditions can be changed by you!

When you think the same thoughts every day and believe that this is all correct, it is hard to change your behaviour or habits or anything you would like to change about yourself.
Your thoughts then cause you feel the same feelings every day and this means, you are feeling exactly the same way that your thoughts in your mind make you feel.
If these thoughts are worrying, concerning, sad or unhappy. you feel stressed every day.
You might not even realise that you are stressed because you think that this is who you are.
You have created a habit of bering stressed and now you live your life with continuous stress.
So, if you think your thought are just thoughts, think again and start paying attention to what you think and how you feel.
This gives you the possibility to change, become who you want to be and be happier!

Sometimes we feel stressed, anxious, depressed or even traumatised, but don't even know why!
When you think of your day, then how often do you scroll your social media, or how often are your children in there?
For example, in the UK more than 80% of social media users spend almost 2 hours per day in there. But this is average; many people spend much more time in social media.
Not all the content is negative, but a lot of it can cause stress. This means that you are practicing stress from the very morning if the first thing you do in the morning, is to check your phone and the social media. With this, we connect to the content, we know that that can be stressful and cause us to think of certain stress provoking thoughts and these thoughts then cause us to feel the same stressful feelings.
You don't have to make yourself a victim of social media. Rather think of yourself, what do you want to achieve and make a plan to achieve it.
Believe me, thought of yourself and how you want to improve, are not making you stressed, but instead. are making you hopeful, positive, cheerful, happy!

Why should you take care of your hearth, no matter how young or old you are?
When you become older, you start thinking more of taking care of your hearth.
But when you're, young, it seems that you can wait until problems arrive.
Unfortunately, your hearth is not the organ that will give you a warning and let you know that now it's time to take care of it.
It will try to cope to serve you the best way and the warning only comes with the actual hearth problem and then it is usually not possible to reverse the problem. It is possible to medically correct the issue, but your hearth will not be new.
Instead, take care of it since young, so there would be no problems at all.
I don't have to tell you that your hearth is your most important organ to keep you alive, but it has so many functions additionally to pumping tour blood through your body.
We tend to forget why use hearth shape for love, why we say my hearth o
is broken and say thanks from the bottom of our hearths.
This means that our hearth carries our feelings.
Can you imagine, how sad your life could be if you're not even able to feel your emotions because your hearth is suffering doe to not eating nutritions that hearth requires, not exercising and not sleeping as much as it needs. As you realise, your hearth doesn't actually need extensive amount of care, and it is very simple to provide it, but you must think of it and do what it needs.
Don't think that popping vitamins is enough, you have to be active, sleep well and eat food that your hearth loves.

Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life but sometimes you might have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations.
A big event or many smaller stressful life situations may trigger anxiety — for example, a death of a close person, work stress or worry about finances. You could be more prone to anxiety than other people are, but if you keep thinking of the situation that caused your anxiety, you will feel anxious every time you remind yourself about it.
Your brain doesn't know if you are actually in this situation or you are just thinking of it, and causes your body to feel the exact same feelings: nervousness, panic, danger, tired, increased hearth rate, trembling, sweating and so on.
You can now understand that you don't have to be in a dangerous situation, but just imagining it in your mind and it takes you back there and causes your anxiety.

You have underestimated the power of your brain!
We tend to think that what we have learned in life and is stuck in our brains, defines who we are. But this doesn't mean that this is exactly the capacity of your brain. You are conditioned by the circumstances, people around you and you think that this is who are meant to be.
But think again! If you let your vision run free, who would you be?
The study shows that you can achieve your goals by thinking of your vision as often as you can and your brain will start working out the strategies to achieve them. You can call it innovation or whatever you want but your brain has the innate ability to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. It usually happens when we are in a situation that we don't feel we can manage or control. When we experience stress, it can be as: An individual, for example when you have lots of responsibilities that you are struggling to manage.
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview.
We are told to reduce anxiety, but what is the result of it? You still have stress or anxiety, just a bit less of it.
But if you could live without stress and anxiety, would you choose just reduce it or live without them?
Of course, you would rather live without them and it is not even difficult to achieve. The most difficult part is that it needs dedication. Your brain has the system that is able to make your mind so strong that it will not be affected by stress, anxiety or depression.
