What to consider for a quality sleep?

Never give up!

If you feel like giving up, it's important to remember that setbacks and obstacles are a normal part of the change process. Here are a few things you can try:

Crossing out instead of removing,

We all know that if we try to restrict ourselves from something, our thoughts are going to head in that direction and you will want that restricted thing more than ever so the progress is more challenging.

Crowding out is a strategy that involves replacing unhealthy foods, thoughts or habits with healthier options. Rather than focusing on removing certain foods from your diet, the idea is to crowd out the unhealthy options by filling up on nutritious foods. This can help to reduce overall calorie intake and improve nutrient density, while also making it easier to stick to a healthy diet or healthy habits in the long-term. Some examples of crowding out strategies include filling up on fruits and vegetables before a meal, keeping healthy snacks readily available, and cooking more meals at home.

Is intermittent fasting helpful? It dfinitely helped me, for a good period of time I used to fast one day per week, usually on Monday.
How did I feel? The first and second times were very difficult, but the third time I started to have energy, my brain wasn't foggy, I could focus more, my skin started to look a lot healthier, and my sleep improved. These are only a few of the reasons I want to come back to my routine of having one day fasting per week, every week.
Well, there is a very important thing about fasting that I have to consider before I start this again. I have to be ready mentally and I have to accept the idea that I want to do fasting for the benefits I'm getting from it. I’m thinking of starting with this routine right now!
