A lot of crew sign NDAs without fully understanding what they cover.

NDAs protect business interests like guest privacy, trade secrets, and proprietary information. What they cannot do is prevent you from reporting a crime, a safety violation, or seeking support. Your obligation to the law supersedes your signature on a piece of paper.
