Every time I get asked of why the cost of aesthetic treatment is alot cheaper by other providers I end up finding out the products used are not approved ,not safe ,or simply fake and not effective .
In the UK currently doctors are under alot more scrutiny than non medics and we have to provide an indemnity, take extensive training and ensure there is a duty of care towards our clients .
Very sad to see this kind of complications happening without a robust framework to prevent them.
