Great to be back next to the kettles of beer...the temptation for after yoga pints is strong isn't it?!... One week let's do it!

Back tonight

Which class you feeling?
A workout? Or a work in?

I have both!

FITNESS FLOW 6.30pm- yoga with added resistance and a playlist full of Barry can’t swim and Fred again ! (I change this weekly but I’m currently obsessed with these two djs! )

RESTORATIVE FLOW 7.30pm- a friend told me yesterday that what he loved about visiting Jamaica most was the slow paced lifestyle.., we forget how insanely fast we live life here in London! … let’s all slow down for an hour, reconnect and stretch … it’s basically an hour of bliss.., if you don’t walk out feeling fully relaxed and recharged you can have your money back… 😉

CHANGE OF LOCATION ☀️☀️☀️

Monday 5th of June will now be in RUSKIN PARK not FRIENDSHIP ADVENTURE. (They've got an event happening and the sun is shining so it makes perfect sense!)

I will let everyone know the location asap!

London is full of quirky goodness… Yoga in a brewery being a fantastic n example of quirky goodness…

Down at Coldharbour works you will find an assortment of gems climbing wall coffee and the happiest of tap rooms

The beers at are delicious and their brewing kettles super shiny! They have live music, quizzes and all sorts of good stuff happening in the week… but on a Monday we TAKE OVER! it becomes our yoga studio. The smell of beer replaced with nag champa and tables and chairs replaced by yoga mats…it’s truly a JOY

Last nights new classes were 👌👌👌👌

Fit flow crew smashed it 💪 we did warrior one with Arnold press, pyramid pose with chest fly and high lunge with tricep kick back ….
Don’t know what any of that means? Let me teach you!… join the crew next week… I’ve got everything you need, just bring a mat 🤸

Restorative yoga was just dreamy the perfect follow up to the workout, complete de-stress and relaxation… I’m here to guide you every week for one hour switch off from the world…
