✨Yoga For Palestine ✨

On The International Day of Solidarity with Palestine - Join us for a special Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga.

This donation-based session brings us together in support of humanitarian aid for the people of Palestine.

Through Vinyasa flow, guided breathwork, and the yogic principle of Ahimsa (non-harm), we'll create space to ground, reconnect, and hold hope for justice and healing.

All levels are welcome.
