Jordan came to me with no clue with what to do with training. Only with a immense drive to turn his life around and sort his health.

My personal goal for Jordan was to pack on a decent amount of muscle mass on him so that we have something to show when he cuts. I think mission accomplished…

Here’s to your first one with almost a year gone by since giving birth to our beautiful daughter Freya.

No doubt this has been one of the toughest year of our lives with raising a baby and starting a business and many other rocky bumps in road.
You’ve shown how resilient mum’s are and how even when the going gets tough, you keep going. There’s no down day with you that’s for sure. 🤣
You’ve held this family and business together.
