ISAK Level 1 & 2 Anthropometrist Certification Course aims to equip health and fitness practitioners, dietitians, sport coaches and trainers with skills to measure 43 body sites and understanding of anthropometric applications. Participants are able to measure skinfold thickness, bone length and breadth, and circumference. The anthropometry measurements will be used to estimate body composition, assess health risks and identify sport talents of individuals.

Anthropometry is the measurement of human body, including skinfold thickness, bone length and breadth, and body circumference. These measurements help estimate body composition, assess health risks and identify sport talents of individuals.

Our anthropometry courses are accredited by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK), with an aim to equip nutritionists, health and fitness professionals, sport coaches and trainers with anthropometry measurement skills and knowledge.

Our ISAK Level 1 & 2 courses are delivered in central London regularly in every month.
