Siras means "Head," and Abhyanga means " Massage," It is a rythamatic circular stroke with medium pressure on the head with lukewarm medicated oil. Siroabhyanga Practically, it's done to head , neck and shoulder area.

It is ideal to perform 15min - 30min.
