It's funny how this appeared on my feed, especially after a conversation I had yesterday. It's not in my nature to say "no". If I'm asked a favour or asked for help, or just simply asked to do something, I'll agree readily and without thinking. But many times good friends have kindly nagged me to learn to say no, and stand up for myself more.
I'm finally learning, though it's taken almost reaching my limit to do so.
I will still say "yes", but it's also ok for me to say "no" once in a while. 💜
