This is where we have been for a long time. A nurse cannot even afford her own healthcare, and the government does not seem to care. 💔💔💔💔

It is truly heartbreaking.

Stage 4 Brèast c@ncer does not have a single “look.” Some patients may appear quite well, depending on treatment response and the extent of spread, while others may be visibly unwell. People also cope with illness and trauma differently, some may present themselves more composed, and the use of filters can mask visible signs.

Comparing one person’s experience to another can be misleading. While we may not know the full details of her case, it is important to approach it with empathy and avoid assumptions. You have no right to request her medical reports. You have the right to believe or not believe her, but either way, you still have no right to ask for her medical details.

Serious conditions are not always visible, so it is only fair to treat her account as true unless proven otherwise. Social media is not real life.
please be strong. Don’t fall for social media brouhaha. Don’t post your reports here,. Those that will truly help you know what to do.

Do your registrati0n. My concern is the state of our healthcare. We are topping the chat for maternal mortality rates both in Africa and globally. Yet the released amount from the capital allocation for 2025 for healthcare projects is just 36 million, amounting to 0.065% of the total sum.

Check your kidneys today.
World kidney Day

12/03/2026

Your kidneys work quietly every day to keep your body healthy, filtering waste, balancing fluids, and supporting life. Kidney disease often develops silently until it becomes serious. Protect your kidneys:

💧 Drink enough water
🥗 Eat healthy foods
🚻 Monitor changes in your urine
🩺 Seek medical advice early

Your kidneys are vital; take care of them.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I celebrate the woman I am becoming.

I celebrate my strength, my resilience, and my courage to keep showing up even on days when the journey feels heavy. Being a woman means carrying dreams, responsibilities, compassion, and determination all at once and I am proud of the growth that continues to shape me.

As a women’s health advocate, I remain committed to using my voice to raise awareness, support other women, and contribute to a world where women’s health and wellbeing are taken seriously.

This day reminds me to keep believing, keep learning, and keep pushing forward with purpose.

Here’s to growth, impact, and becoming a better version of myself every day.

Happy International Women’s Day; Nurse Prudence

Today, as the world celebrates International Women’s Day, I am celebrating not just women in general, but a special group whose voices are often unheard; women and girls living with Endometriosis.

This March being Endometriosis Awareness Month, we raise more awareness for women fighting silent battles. Women screaming in pain and agony, yet rarely believed. Women dismissed by healthcare providers. Women who asked for help and were told the pain was “all in their heads.”

I celebrate the women whose futures have been altered by this condition.
The women who have lost jobs, opportunities, friendships, and sometimes confidence because of it.

I celebrate the woman whose mailbox is filled with hospital letters for tests, appointments, and surgeries.
The woman whose pillow is soaked with tears day and night 😭.
The woman who sometimes feels as if God has forgotten her.

I celebrate the woman in the hospital today because of this battle.
The woman people never believed.
The girl who has no one to talk to; screaming for help but with no one to pat her on the back 😭.

I celebrate the woman who smiles while holding a hot water bottle.
The woman forcing a smile after pain medication.
The woman trying to conceive while endometriosis fights against her reproductive health.

To every woman who feels afraid of the future or feels like giving up, hold on.

You are stronger than you think.
You are seen.
You are valued.

Stand in front of a mirror today, place your hand on your chest and say:
“Well done (your name). Keep on keeping on.”

Thank you for your resilience. Thank you for your courage to keep living.

Happy International Women’s Day to every woman fighting battles both seen and unseen.

As a women’s health advocate, I believe deeply that we give in order to gain: gain awareness, strength, compassion, and a world where women’s pain is no longer ignored.
